Earning Points:
For every dollar spent at a participating Marcus|Rewards restaurant or outlet (excluding tax and gratuity), members will receive one Marcus|Rewards Point. The Marcus|Rewards membership card must be presented at time of purchase to receive points. Points may be earned for private parties, with a maximum of 5,000 points earned per dining event. To qualify for points on private dining functions, you must be an active Marcus|Rewards member prior to booking the party and must provide your member number at time of booking. Points may not be earned for past purchases, gift card purchases, or when redeeming Marcus|Rewards Dollars.

Marcus|Rewards Points may be redeemed for Marcus|Rewards Dollars that are valid for future purchases of food and beverages at participating restaurants and outlets. See www.MarcusRewards.com for a complete list of participating locations. Effective annually beginning 12/31/09, point amounts over 250 will automatically be redeemed for Marcus|Rewards Dollars and emailed to members. Balances less than 250 points will be rolled over. Marcus|Rewards are not valid for payments toward gift card purchases, catering or delivery or WELL Spa Retail, and are not valid in combination with any other offers, discounts or promotions.

Reward Restrictions:
Marcus|Rewards Dollars are not transferable, have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash or its equivalent, and any unused portion will not be returned as cash. We are not responsible for replacing lost, stolen or mutilated Marcus|Rewards Dollars. Redeemed Marcus|Rewards Dollars earned in the Marcus|Rewards program may not be re-sold or exchanged for other goods or services except as stated on the reward certificate. Marcus|Rewards Dollars must be surrendered at the time of redemption and no photocopies will be honored. We are not responsible for delayed or lost communications sent by U.S. Mail or mail of any other form or delivery. Terms and conditions of the Marcus|Rewards program are subject to change at any time and we reserve the right to cancel or terminate the Marcus|Rewards program at any time. The Marcus|Rewards program is available to individuals who are 18 years or older only; business entities are excluded. Employees of The Marcus Corporation are not eligible for membership in Marcus|Rewards program. We reserve the right to approve, deny or revoke membership in the Marcus|Rewards program to any individual for any reason whatsoever. Marcus|Rewards cards cannot be mailed outside of the United States; however, anyone can sign up for membership at a participating outlet.
